MERCHANT FEE

As of February 2023, Lex Salon and Spa will be charging a 3% fee for ALL Debit/Credit card transactions at checkout.

DEPOSIT | CANCELLATION POLICY

To new and existing clients; no rescheduling, canceling, or moving appointments within a period 48 hours. Deposits are required for every client upon booking their appointment. Deposits are also necessary to receive service and are non-refundable, non-transferable, and only lost when there is a violation of the 48-hour cancellation policy.

Grace Period Policy

We want to make sure that all our clients have the opportunity to receive quality services that are up to our luxury standard. We understand that sometimes life is unpredictable, and so we allow for a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals, in case you are unexpectedly delayed. Please understand that if you are more than 15 minutes late, it may result in loss of deposit and we will require you to reschedule your appointment for a future date. For Blow Dry Members any breach of our policy will result in loss of blow dry credit.

OUR BLOW DRY MEMBERSHIP- Starting at $120/month

One Blow-dry –– Every Eight Days

Membership may be cancelled at any time. Monthly Membership Fee is due on the (1st) first of every month and pre-purchased. Unused blowouts rollover while membership is retained, otherwise they will be forfeited upon cancellation.

*Quantity and texture of hair will determine price. Extension maintenance non included in blow dry.
